Thanks to everyone who has tried the site so far. We're grateful for all your feedback. Please continue to use the support@worshipartistry.com email address for communication.

If you are running into loading speed issues, please try reloading the lesson again as our servers need to copy information to a location in your region. If you are still having issues, please let us know what browsers you are using to view the site and what kind of Internet connection you have (cable, dsl, 3G, etc.) - also please include what steps you are taking so we can reproduce the problem.

Credit Cards

There seemed to be a little bit of confusion about credit card entry. Beta testing is free - but we need to also test our payment processing during the test. We want to be clear that the coupon code you received prevents your card from being charged for 30 days and gives you a "free trial". If you would like to test and then cancel your account before the 30 days is up, you can do so from your dashboard.

Haven't Tested Yet? Here are the BETA Test Instructions:

When you are ready to dive in go to http://beta.worshipartistry.com/

  • Sign up for a plan of your choosing (You'll get the first month free).
  • During checkout enter the Promo Code "WABETA1" to receive a full discount on the first month.
  • Complete checkout to create a new account and enter your credit card information.
  • You will get a confirmation email and should have full access to the entire site to begin your testing.
  • Please feel free to use, play with, and hit as many pages on the entire site that you have time for.
  • Take some lessons and watch as many videos as you can!
     

Feedback

Please send all bugs, issues, fixes, or general feedback to support@worshipartistry.com as you come across things that are not working properly. We know we have come along way, but we are still in beta so you may come across a few minor things. Also, feel free to send us suggestions on how to make the site better. We would love to hear from you about your overall experience.
