Bonus Riffing on "Throne of Praise" by Phillips, Craig and Dean

Take that verse to new heights

This week we taught "Throne of Praise" by Phillips, Craig and Dean in which you've got some basic chord changes and all the real movement is happening with the piano riff.  If you don't have a piano player the verse can feel kind of static so a riff like this will give the same feeling as the piano.  If you have a piano player and 2 electric guitarists, step away from your computer, drop to your knees and thank God for the embarrassment of riches He has bestowed upon you.  Once you are finished, learn this riff.  It will complement what all the other instruments are doing and keep you from playing over the top of everyone else.

If you play this and it doesn't sound right, you're doing it wrong.  Check out the vid...
