3 Ways to Get Quick Team Onboard with Worship Artistry
Implementing Worship Artistry can cut rehearsal time in half and double the size of your worship team, but it can’t do either if your team members don't use it.
Here are 3 quick ways to get your worship team to use and benefit from Worship Artistry's massive library of worship song tutorials.
Get Personal
As soon as you send out your first team invite, send out a group text to everyone telling them you are excited about this new tool and you’d love for them to browse around it before next practice. Text is more personal than email and the small extra effort shows you are invested and you want them to be invested too.
Be A Knowledge Base
Since you’re the one that subscribed, your team will look to you for answers. Get acquainted with the lessons and how they work so when your team has questions you’ll already have some experience to pull from. If you don’t know the answer, you can always refer them to support@worshipartistry.com. We’re here to help and we love to serve.
Start Simple
It can be overwhelming to try something new so start small. Choose one song (and only one song) that you want the team to learn using Worship Artistry. You’re looking for an easy win that will show them how great they can sound when they all play their individual parts together. I always recommend starting with The Heart of Worship by Matt Redman, it’s both simple to play and emphasizes the heart behind what you’re doing. When that song sounds just like the album and takes half the time to rehearse, your team will be hooked.
Don't Do It Alone
We are passionate about Worship Artistry because we know the impact it can have for worship musicians and pastors alike. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re just an email away.
