Hey great job on the podcast. I’m a newbie here. Had to check things out to understand what you were discussing about the cover pic. Very intriguing. There is nothing there yet at the same time it’s loaded with controversy. I felt that much of what was discussed was a perspective stemming from an inside the view reality. Another perspective might add(or) subtract. Let’s start by using the automotive industry as an example. Once going to worldwide sales car manufacturers had to strongly consider language understandings when naming their vehicles because while a name might sound really cool in English it could be very bad for sales in a different language. While this cover and title within a true Christian culture is caring and meaningful with as you discussed it can be hurtful to some because of personal history. That however is a select audience and out in a culture that is struggling to define its morality now that it has turned its back on God may be problematic and suggestive. It’s disgusting to even say that. So is this an a tool,to be used evangelistically! Is it an I don’t care if you never get beyond the cover and buy or listen? Is it an in your face teaching tool? As a song writer in this medium just how much should we consider such issues? Should we even care. Can we just be innocent in our actions or as embassidors for Christ just just much must we consider the world in what we present? With a media willing to twist and defame our faith in any way it can to attack us what is our responsibility?
